Boeing says has completed software update for 737 MAX jets
(Reuters) – Boeing Co said on Thursday that it had completed development of a software update for its 737 MAX jets, which have been grounded after they were involved in two fatal crashes.
The company said it had also completed associated simulator testing and its engineering test flight.
To date, Boeing has flown the 737 MAX with updated software, for more than 360 hours on 207 flights, the company said here
