Your employees will appreciate an area in the office where they can give their minds a break from work.  In here you can put comfortable chairs, coffee, and a television.

Kitchen

If your office doesn’t have a kitchen already, it would be a great addition to your office.  Here, you and your employees can store their food and also have a place to eat.

Storage

It never hurts to have some extra storage space in your office.  Here you can file documents and store boxes and office supplies.

Workout room

A small gym will be appreciated by all of your employees!  If the space is big enough, you can include an area to lift weights, along with a couple of machines.  You can also encourage group workout classes here.

Conference Room

If you have been wanting an area for meetings, it may be time to set up a conference room.  Conference rooms are important for the growth of a company because they promote teamwork and can be used for discussions over strategy and future plans of the company.

Sublease

Renting the space to another business or person is an easy way to make extra money.

If you’re unsure what your employees would like, it never hurts to ask them.  By doing so, it shows them that you care about their opinion and comfortability in the office.  If you’re interested in buying or leasing an office space, there are realtors that can help you receive the most space for your money.
